The company is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer (Analytic Tools) to work in Fort Meade, MD, with the position location subject to change based on client needs. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph. The Analytic Tools Systems Engineer will support the customer in integrating data-driven analytics to deliver trusted, high-quality information, assist with triage processes, and identify indicators/Measures of Effectiveness/Measures of Performance. The primary responsibilities include overall Systems Engineering duties such as artifact creation, discussions, presentations, high-level diagrams, requirements development, use-case development, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience
• A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience
• A High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable
• Knowledge of TradecraftSuite (GAMBIT, HUB) for service integration
• Operational experience of customer systems

Nice To Haves

• Direct experience working with TradecraftSuite
• Significant experience with Intelligence Community customers, their missions and infrastructures
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers
• Demonstrated customer interface experience in eliciting technical requirements
• Experience working on project development from requirements definition to deployment

Responsibilities

• Support the customer in integrating data-driven analytics to deliver trusted, high-quality information
• Assist with the triage process
• Assist in identifying indicators/Measures of Effectiveness/Measures of Performance
• Support the overall SE responsibilities within the organization, to include artifact creation, discussions, presentations, high-level diagrams, requirements development, use-case development, and engagement with junior members of the team
