The System Engineering Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE). The SPY-6 Family of Radars and the GhostEye family of radars are seeking a Systems Engineer to help in the execution of integration and analysis activities. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership. This position can be located in either Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA and may require occasional travel.
