Gain deep technical and functional expertise of systems provided as a managed service to our customers who are predominantly electricity companies located in the US. These systems are typically comprised of an outcome, a network and a device layer that altogether deliver Load Control when needed. Collaborate with clients and Itron teams that support the Itron Demand Response applications. Deploy and upgrade system components of IntelliSOURCE in test and production. Lead the resolution of technical issues with other SMEs and product teams. Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and system architecture. Contribute to customer acceptance testing of upgrades to IntelliSOURCE. Create and maintain system related technical documentation and training documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the test and production applications. Investigate and document issues in relation to applications, processes, software and hardware. Contribute to the bug resolution process to ensure customer issues are addressed and changes to product do not negatively impact the customer. Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure a high-quality user experience and seamless connectivity. Prepare technical briefings, reports, and evaluations on system efficiency and utilization. Train internal employees in configuration, troubleshooting and use of the systems. Adherence to ITIL standard processes for routine tasks and issue resolution. Position is fixed location based in Washington office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
