Gain deep technical and functional expertise of systems provided as a managed service to our customers who are predominantly electricity companies located in the US. These systems are typically comprised of an outcome, a network and a device layer that altogether deliver Load Control when needed. Collaborate with clients and Itron teams that support the Itron Demand Response applications. Deploy and upgrade system components of IntelliSOURCE in test and production. Lead the resolution of technical issues with other SMEs and product teams. Perform various analyses to optimize total system of systems and system architecture. Contribute to customer acceptance testing of upgrades to IntelliSOURCE. Create and maintain system related technical documentation and training documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the test and production applications. Investigate and document issues in relation to applications, processes, software and hardware. Contribute to the bug resolution process to ensure customer issues are addressed and changes to product do not negatively impact the customer. Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure a high-quality user experience and seamless connectivity. Prepare technical briefings, reports, and evaluations on system efficiency and utilization. Train internal employees in configuration, troubleshooting and use of the systems. Adherence to ITIL standard processes for routine tasks and issue resolution. Position is fixed location based in Washington office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or related engineering field plus five (5) years of related experience in application support in a Linux based environment.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in PowerShell scripting and command line proficiency.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in MySQL and SQL queries.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in scripting skills in Python or equivalent.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in incident, problem and change managements.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience in debugging issues using application logs.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in statistical analysis.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in data visualization skills.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in MySQL database replica and slave setup and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting (SSRS).
  • Must have two (2) years of experience in SFTP applications and encryption and decryption methodologies.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in VMWare, Postman, Docker, Splunk, Zabbix, ADS, GitHub.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in API setups and usage.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in Power BI.
  • Must have one (1) year of experience in automation tools including Ansible.
  • Salary: $127,587.00/year.
