The candidate must have the ability to be a technically minded problem-solver, be able to focus on the task at hand: Location: Aurora, Colorado

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
  • Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
  • Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
  • An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.

  • Organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages, including UNIX/Linux environments, MATLAB, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical working groups to drive issue resolution, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and achieve program objectives.
  • Advise stakeholders through high-impact briefings, delivering defensible, data-backed recommendations that shape technical and programmatic outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-team technical activities, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and effective execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve software tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Perform trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve unexpected software and hardware issues independently and in collaboration with cross-functional experts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple program teams.
