Operating from our Round Rock, TX location, the Principal D4D Sustaining Engineering role focuses on Design for Diagnostics (D4D), a critical engineering discipline centered on ensuring that systems are built with the necessary instrumentation, telemetry, and fault isolation capabilities to quickly and accurately identify problems when they occur. This role combines hardware and software systems design, data analytics, and diagnostic automation to meet these critical demands. We focus on leveraging high-volume field data to drastically enhance the quality, serviceability, and diagnostics capability of PowerEdge servers.
