About The Position

Seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat System Analyst to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing product offering in FIA. You will support one or more cross-functional squads, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.

Requirements

• Deep experience in software development with at least 6+ years working with scrum teams.
• Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions.
• Deep knowledge of scrum tools, with Jira and Jira Align experience desirable.
• Excellent systems analysis skills.
• Experience with SQL and API consumer tools such as Postman.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and people-interaction skills.

• Flexibility to adjust work schedule for U.S. and India-based teams.
• Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional squads in an agile environment.
• Engage with team members and Squad Leader to promote agile principles.
• Mentor and coach teams across divergent functions and geographies.
• Develop and author solution requirements and specifications for software systems.
• Assist the Product Owner with requirement gathering and story writing.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums to influence standard methodologies.
