Position Description : Recommends, designs, or demonstrates research and analysis methodologies to bridge knowledge gaps. Coordinates product release plans and sets the expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Identifies and fulfills training and hiring needs to help the squads and tribes deliver their goals. Provides analysis leadership on complex systems analysis projects, often across subsystems and companies, in a matrix organization. Consults with business users to develop recommendations that address difficult and complex business needs and opportunities .
