As a Principal System Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and architecting robust systems that drive our business forward. Requirements

8-10 years of experience in system engineering or related technical roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience designing and building scalable systems that meet high performance standards.
Strong skills in developing detailed technical documentation for applications and systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic and logical approach to challenges.
Demonstrated capacity to lead and influence technical direction and innovation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and document comprehensive system architectures encompassing both hardware and software components.
Define integrated solutions that balance performance, scalability, usability, reliability, and security requirements.
Lead coordination and integration efforts across subsystems to ensure cohesive and efficient total system design.
Research emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance existing systems and infrastructure.
Support and contribute to technical initiatives within larger projects, driving progress and quality.
Develop and maintain new and existing technologies to meet evolving business demands.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and provide training and mentorship to team members.
