About The Position
The Principal Syndications Officer will lead the development, fundraising, and implementation of innovative debt mobilization platforms and products within the Managed Co-Lending Portfolio Program (MCPP) at IFC. This role is crucial for expanding the MCPP offering, which allows investors to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of senior loans to private sector borrowers in emerging markets. The officer will manage a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to achieve mobilization objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement.
