Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
• 8+ years of C/C++
• Secure DevSecOps pipelines for safety-critical, air-gapped environments
• Containerization & Kubernetes (on-prem, disconnected operations)
• Build environment Tools (make & CMake)
• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, Helm)
• Primarily Ansible
• Linux (RHEL, Yocto, Buildroot)
• Bitbucket & Gitlab Experience
• Migration from Bitbucket to Gitlab
• CI/CD integration with certification artifacts
• Secure networking & zero-trust architectures
• Software supply chain security & SBOMs
• MBSE, requirements traceability, digital thread
• Cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and compliance teams
• Ability to work onsite 100%
• Ability to travel 25%

Nice To Haves

• Proficient with Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, etc.)
• Proficient in Python development
• Embedded & Real-Time Systems enablement (RTOS, flight software)
• Open systems architecture (MOSA, SOSA, IMA)
• Familiarity with (DO-178 A-C)
• Experience communicating and documenting complex technical designs
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
