Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in high growth Software / tech industry in biz ops and/or consulting, investment banking roles
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise Software businesses and their business models - both Sales-driven and Product-Led-Growth
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues
  • Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy
  • Ability to think big picture with a cross-portfolio perspective while connecting the dots in a multi-product environment
  • Strong executive presence - excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • A sense of ownership and a desire to run independently
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and business modeling

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute high-impact, special strategic projects addressing the company’s most critical business challenges—developing actionable insights through deep analysis and research, and delivering executive-level recommendations that shape direction and drive performance.
  • Continuously monitor business performance in a multi-product environment and diagnose root causes of deviation—whether internal execution issues or external threats stemming from competitive dynamics.
  • Own and lead a central competitive intelligence rhythm—conducting ongoing market assessments and deep competitive analyses to uncover trends, benchmarks, and opportunities that directly inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, finance, and data science to ensure strategy, execution, and insights are tightly integrated and reflect a real-time understanding of both our internal operations and the external market landscape.
