We are actively searching for a Principal Strategy Analyst that will work with our Mobile Solutions team. This is a strategic and operational leadership role that builds, aligns, and deploys the Mobile Solutions strategy. You will lead the strategic planning cycle, synthesize market and competitive intelligence, shape segment/portfolio strategies, and coordinate a prioritized initiative portfolio with clear investment alignment. In addition, this role will run the operating rhythm (planning, reviews, cascades), keep the organization focused on outcomes, and translate insights into decisions through dashboards, QBRs, and leadership forums. Success means the strategy is understood, adopted, resourced, and executed with visible impact on growth. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of program and/or project management in cross-functional industrial/B2B environments.
  • 3+ years of experience leading professional strategy sessions

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, engineering, operations, or related field.
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience establishing governance frameworks and operating cadences across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen, relationship management and collaboration skills, customer focus, and drive for results
  • Comfortable operating at both 30,000 ft and ground level—designing strategy while ensuring flawless execution
  • Experience portfolio or roadmap management.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, comfortable with situations involving risk and uncertainty.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational adoption of new processes and behaviors at scale.
  • Above‑average communication skills, presentation creation and delivery; workshop design and facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual strategic planning cycle (design, facilitation, synthesis, decision-making) and maintain governance with the Growth Council and senior leaders.
  • Coordinate intake and prioritize strategic initiatives based on strategic fit, revenue impact, and feasibility; maintain a transparent initiative portfolio.
  • Run the strategy operating rhythm, maintain master schedules and strategy deployment meeting agendas; ensure scope discipline and deliverable quality.
  • Establish KPIs for strategy execution and process effectiveness; implement communication mechanisms that drive decisions
  • Lead end‑to‑end cross‑functional process integration across Commercial, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing, align inputs/outputs, and interdependencies; ensure integrated roadmaps and foundational deliverables are developed, maintained, and used by adjacent functions.
  • Mature and govern the MS Growth Process; Ensure processes, deliverables, and integrated roadmaps are developed and maintained across all core functions
  • Drive collaboration among stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, stay informed of functional priorities, and accelerate adoption of new processes and behaviors.
  • Orchestrate strategic, proactive communication across functions and ensure insights, decisions, and strategies cascade effectively, deep into the global organization to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Manage the process for identifying and ranking growth projects, ensuring clarity on associated Capital and OPEX commitments tied to strategic growth objectives.
