Requirements

  • Extensive experience in corporate strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent field (competitive candidates typically have 9+ years of relevant experience).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to delve into the details while engaging meaningfully on higher-level strategy.
  • Analytical rigor, drive to support decisions with data, and an ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and of enterprise sales.
  • Strong proficiency in structured data analysis (e.g., Excel, GSheet, SQL is a strong plus).
  • Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau).

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic special projects to shape Atlassian’s Enterprise GTM strategy, supporting an expanding portfolio of home-grown and acquired products & solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between Enterprise GTM, Product, and other key teams to align on high-impact initiatives that maximize customer value.
  • Identify and execute monetization opportunities for special projects by leveraging deep business insights and partnering with analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Conduct in-depth research (product, customer, competitive, and financial) to develop actionable insights and build compelling, project-specific GTM business cases.
  • Formulate and present high-stakes project recommendations and strategic insights to executive leadership, influencing GTM strategy in key forums.
