About The Position

Generative AI has fundamentally changed the way our customers need to operate, and as a result, how they consider and use Adobe products. Adobe is at the forefront of this monumental shift with AI front and center in all our products. To keep pace with this quickly changing environment, our products are continually updated and improved including the introduction of Adobe Firefly Foundry Services. The Principal Strategist for Firefly Foundry will play a pivotal role in supporting Adobe’s go-to-market with enterprise customers across industries. We are searching for an GenAI expert passionate about AI-based transformation, hungry to stay on the cutting edge of how AI is transforming creative industries and stacks, and has a proven track record selling products or platforms to enterprise customers in a new space. As a Principal Strategist, you will be expected to stay up to date on GenAI trends, as well as how our Firefly Foundry product continues to add capabilities and integrate with others in the market. You will also collaborate with a diverse ecosystem including strategy, marketing, product, sales, and partners to help develop and verticalize our Adobe Firefly Foundry messaging and offerings. This high-visibility role will reside within the Americas Enterprise Sales organization and be part of our Digital Strategy Group’s Platform group.

Requirements

  • Expertise in AI/Firefly Foundry and the ability to rapidly absorb new information, inclusive of the foundational technologies, products, business use cases, economic value and competitive landscape.
  • 5+ plus years of experience related to genAI and experience helping customers integrate AI into their martech stacks.
  • Emerging Tech: Firefly, model training, and industry best practices.
  • Understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics) and enterprise use cases.
  • Content Performance & Insights: Campaign strategy and audience segment analysis.
  • Outstanding executive presence, communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and engage senior level executives and lead senior level operators to a strategy.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, documenting business cases and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated success and experience in startup environment or launch of new products
  • Proven track record of building 0→1 businesses that have scaled to $100M+ within a corporate environment.
  • Strong “deal progression” mindset with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and accelerate outcomes.
  • Instinctively identifying strategic opportunities and unlock revenue potential.
  • Experience with media & entertainment and/or retail industries.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects and Sales to help customers understand our Firefly Foundry offering, the value of AI and how to integrate new capabilities into their workflow.
  • Advise senior customers and Adobe account teams on current/future genAI marketplace trends and how it will affect their business and workflows.
  • Produce Business Use Cases and POV’s on Adobe Firefly Foundry trends and topics of importance to a senior executive audience.
  • Support Sales in account planning, demo’s, workshops CEC’s and executive meetings relating to Adobe Foundry.
  • Help construct a One Adobe Firefly Foundry approach and offering for Enterprise customers.
  • Provide feedback to product teams.
