About The Position
As a Principal, Strategic Partnerships at Farmers Edge, you will be at the forefront of driving our agricultural sustainability initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of strategic enterprise collaborations, focusing on integrating sustainability within agricultural sectors. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and align an enterprise-focused growth strategy that aligns with our company goals. Your efforts will be directed towards revenue generation and enhancing customer satisfaction within relevant B2B market segments. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding a pipeline of potential strategic partners for managed services. You will lead engaging business meetings with prospective partners, identifying key challenges and positioning our solutions as effective remedies. Your role will also involve conducting detailed feasibility and ROI analyses for proposed partnerships, as well as participating in the development, preparation, and negotiation of partnership agreements and renewals. You will manage accounts of signed partners, regularly monitoring and reporting on partnership performance metrics. Adapting strategies based on market dynamics and the evolving needs of partners will be crucial. Additionally, you will engage with industry stakeholders by attending trade shows and conferences, effectively communicating updates on partnership progress and milestones. A significant aspect of your role will be to develop strategies and programs that engage customers, partners, and stakeholders in sustainability efforts aligned with agricultural value chains. You will establish and measure sustainability metrics and KPIs to demonstrate commercial value, monetizing capabilities related to Carbon Intensity scoring, Carbon Inset programs, Scope 3 emissions reductions, and USDA Climate Smart grants.
