As a Principal Storage IT Security Manager, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to the customer. As a Principal Storage IT Security Manager, you'll manage on-site support for storage resources in response to security incidents, reconfigurations, installations, and physical changes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing reconfigurations, installations, and physical changes for storage arrays, leading security assessments and hardening of storage infrastructure, and implementing access controls, encryption, and monitoring to defend against threats. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in storage IT security management, with hands-on expertise in on-site incident response, reconfigurations, and physical installations in government or large enterprise settings
Proven track record securing storage resources, including threat mitigation and compliance in regulated environments
Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
Strong knowledge of federal security standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service security and operations
Proficiency in storage security tools (e.g., Fibre Channel security, iSCSI authentication) and on-site support methodologies
Excellent leadership and crisis response skills, with the ability to manage physical site operations under pressure
Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment

Nice To Haves

CompTIA Storage+ certification
Experience supporting DoD or large federal storage security, including hybrid cloud defenses and physical access controls
ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification, with focus on service operation and security management
Background in automation for storage configurations (e.g., Ansible for secure deployments) and certifications like CISSP
Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
