Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) sector is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Project Management & Onboarding Support Specialist to join our team of qualified individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of the Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC). This position will serve on-site in the greater Baltimore, MD area . What You'll Get to Do: You will fill a role within a large business organization, and will support the Program Integration Team, and work with program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish and enable onboarding new employees to a rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Assist in the definition, planning, organizing, and execution of all onboarding activities for a large, diverse, and geographically distributed organization. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand, capture, and define onboarding processes. Develop and refine onboarding-related materials. Liaise with team developing onboarding automation tools. Applies critical thinking and synthesis to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, escalating process and performance challenges to supervisor as necessary. Assure success of onboarding activities through regular monitoring of all processes and frequent reporting. Inform and advises higher level management on onboarding activities and status. Facilitate meetings and coordinate onboarding activities. This requisition may be filled at either a Principal Project Management or SR Principal Project Management level.
