Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Principal Facilities Representative Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Representative Level 4 to support our Facility Engineering team on site at our Iuka, Mississippi location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and 5 years of related work experience or Masters Degree and 3 years related work experience for Level 3; Bachelor's and 8 years of related work experience or Masters Degree and 6 years related work experience for Level 4
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • Experience collaborating with workers, contractors, management, and customers to meet project requirements
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the facility engineers to coordinate contractors supporting capital projects
  • Submit and track purchase requisitions
  • Schedule work in the buildings
  • Track invoices
  • Develop, measure, and maintain the department metrics
  • Provide project planning support
  • Track estimate requests and capital requests
  • Oversee permitting, safety requirements and contract safety and labor
  • Attend various daily meetings
  • Manage campus space planning/seating (Archibus, Agilquest, etc.)
  • Execute and track purchase card expenditures
  • Present metrics during department meetings
