This role represents a unique opportunity to join the Business Process team as a valued team member to successfully support Finance processes and systems across the business. This individual will work closely with program teams and multifunctional/cross business teams, providing support throughout start-up and sustainment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant financial experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years’ of relevant financial experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience using Finance Processes and Tools using any of the following: APEX, EVM, PM Tools’, forProject, PRO-IA, IPMDAR/IPMR or similar tools.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities
  • Experience in classified environments / programs
  • Knowledge of project management/critical change management
  • Earned Value Certification

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for program and functional finance teams in both the classified space and the unclassified space
  • Provide daily support and problem-solving expertise for Raytheon finance tools/processes/EV
  • Partner with cross-business and Enterprise teams, including Program Planning, EVM, PM Tools’, IPMDAR, IPMR, forProject, APEX, PRO-IA
  • Collaborate with business process program SMEs to create, update, and deliver training materials for business standard program processes/enterprise tools
  • Some travel to sites may be required for this role.
