We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Specialist, Business Process Management, also known within the organization as a Material Contract Brief (MCB) Analyst/Paralegal, who will report directly to the Associate Director, Raytheon SC Advising. This role will develop contract flowthrough documentation to ensure procurement activities are in compliance with company policy, U.S. Government and commercial customer contracts, and applicable laws, rules, and regulations (i.e. Public law, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and agency specific regulations). Additionally, this role may assist the Supply Chain Advising Team to mitigate risk by supporting acquisition professional procurement activity exception requests.
