The Elevate Principal & Special Education Manager is a mission-driven academic leader who oversees daily instruction, individualized academic planning, and all special education services at Elevate Academy-a small, therapeutic school serving approximately 24 students and 4 teachers. This hybrid role combines instructional leadership, academic advising, and IEP oversight to ensure students receive dignified, trauma-informed, and legally compliant educational support aligned with therapeutic goals.
