The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit. As a systems engineering domain expert on a hardworking team of specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will lead the spacecraft integration efforts as part our Blue Ring Spacecraft Systems Engineering team. This position reports to the Spacecraft Systems Engineering Director for the space mobility product line. You will be responsible for leading the spacecraft integration in close collaboration with Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T). You will work with spacecraft external interfaces such as Electrical and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment, Payload Accommodations, Mission Operations, and Launch Services, as well as all internal interfaces and spacecraft subsystems. This role will begin with a first-of-its-kind satellite in development, and grow with the product line through multiple missions and objectives.
