If so, we want you on our team! We’re looking for a Principal Sourcing Specialist to join our fast-paced, innovative, and high performing Talent Acquisition organization. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving our talent sourcing strategy – partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to deliver outstanding talent for critical roles across multiple Raytheon locations.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
  • Experience with Workday (ATS) and Yello (CRM)
  • Sourcing experience in Defense and Aerospace Industry
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully sourcing for engineering, operations and functions roles.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate with candidates about role requirements, company culture, and the overall hiring process.
  • Must be a collaborative team player who builds strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.
  • Work independently
  • Capable of sourcing and engaging passive candidates with a variety of niche skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing tools to identify and attract candidates for Department of Defense cleared engineering and non-engineering roles.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications based on requisition requirements.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitasking and shifting focus as business needs evolve.
  • Utilize Workday and Yello platforms effectively.
  • Attend Intake meetings to define niche skill requirements, establish search parameters, and set sourcing priorities in alignment with hiring goals.
  • Accountable for ensuring sourced candidates are effectively transitioned through the recruitment process – from initial candidate engagement to offer acceptance – by partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
