About The Position

Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years experience within the Healthcare industry (complex project mgmt/consulting experience preferred) Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization. Applies comprehensive industry knowledge and analytical skills to resolve complex issues in creative ways. Strong communicator internally and externally, builds networks, and partners with peers. Excellent presentation skills Clear thinker, strong problem-solving skills, comfortable in challenging existing practices and the status quo. Rigorous, strong execution mind-set, structured and organized Change oriented, able to operate in an area of uncertainty and with changing/limited resources. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), including high level of competency in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel at least 75% of the time within US An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH or MHA Clinical and/or management experience with electrophysiology and/or interventional cardiology services and associated medical devices. Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels in an organization. Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Management or enterprise change management Clinical management in the cardiovascular space Consulting project delivery and/or sales
