Principal Solutions Architects are domain leaders who bring strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and commercial insight to the most complex and business-critical opportunities. In this role, you’ll lead Levata’s most strategic solution engagements, bringing depth of expertise, commercial influence, and mentoring capability to shape both customer outcomes and contribute towards the evolution of our solutions and services portfolio.

  • Lead strategic customer engagements — from initial discovery through to solution design, commercial justification, and executive alignment.
  • Lead strategic solution engagements spanning multiple technologies or domains, shaping commercial strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and differentiating Levata in competitive pursuits.
  • Drive the evolution of Levata’s solution portfolio by shaping cross-domain offerings, influencing go-to-market strategy, and aligning portfolio direction with emerging customer demand.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define and maintain best practices for solution architecture, documentation, and delivery readiness.
  • Present at executive-level briefings, industry events, or partner forums as a subject matter expert and thought leader.
  • Provide cross-functional mentorship and thought leadership, developing frameworks, templates, and technical playbooks that scale expertise across the Solutions function.
  • Maintain deep awareness of your solution domain’s ecosystem, including vendor roadmaps, regulatory impacts, and innovation trends.
  • Influence go-to-market strategies through insight into customer priorities, emerging demand, and competitive dynamics.
  • Recognised expertise in a specific solution domain, with strong cross-domain fluency.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive roles.
  • A strategic mindset with experience aligning solutions to business transformation, risk mitigation, or operational efficiency.
  • Proven leadership in mentoring, guiding, and developing technical teams.
  • Confidence operating in complex or ambiguous situations, while driving clarity and outcomes.
  • 8+ years of experience in presales, technical consultancy, or architecture roles within a technology provider, systems integrator, or reseller environment.
  • Track record of success in shaping and winning strategic or enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Expert-level certifications demonstrating deep technical expertise (e.g., CCIE, NSE7, TOGAF).
  • Experience contributing to offering development, GTM strategy, or service creation.
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and complex multi technology solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Android Enterprise Associate (AEA) or Android Enterprise Professional (AEP)

  • W3C HTML5 and CSS Fundamentals or demonstrable proficiency
  • W3C JavaScript Fundamentals or demonstrable proficiency
