About The Position

This role plays a crucial part in designing the architecture for the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) platform, ensuring it supports personalized and real-time engagement across various channels. The Principal Solutions Architect will lead cross-functional teams while establishing technical standards and governance for scalable and secure solutions. This position offers the opportunity to impact the organization significantly by mentoring engineers and aligning technical strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software and platform architecture, including lead architect roles.
• Experience designing large-scale, cloud-native, distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Python, and event-driven architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of decisioning platforms and ML integration patterns.
• Experience in regulated enterprise settings like healthcare or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end-to-end NBA platform architecture including data ingestion and decisioning.
• Serve as the technical authority across NBA domains and establish architectural standards.
• Review and approve solution designs and major technical decisions.
• Architect decision frameworks combining business rules and machine learning insights.
• Define best practices for data ingestion and drive data governance.
• Oversee integration approaches for activating NBA decisions across various channels.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor senior engineers and support strategic planning.
