The Expert Solutions Architect contributes to the strategic direction of solution architecture within the organization. They define architectural standards and frameworks, provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, and mentor junior Solutions Architects. The position is based in the United States and can be performed remotely. Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status.

  • Lead the development of technical strategies and roadmaps.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business goals.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and standards bodies.
  • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or employment).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
  • Deep understanding of industry evolution, company vision, and global impact.
  • Experienced understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Experienced in Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Experienced in Unix/Linux.
  • Experienced in scripting development using various tools (SQL, PowerShell, Ansible, Jenkins).
  • Experienced in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Experienced in business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to drive transformational change, develop long-term strategies, and represent the company as an industry leader.
  • Core Technical Mastery: Expertise in scalable solution design, disciplined deployment/testing, and ability to connect ideas across domains.
  • Communication Excellence: Translate complex concepts with clarity for non-technical audiences, deliver compelling presentations around solutions and architecture decisions, and write clear technical documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trust across teams, align competing priorities towards a shared vision, and de-escalate customer issues with calm, solution-focused communication.
  • Strategic & Big-Picture Thinking: Anticipate challenges, design scalable/adaptable solutions, and align technical choices with long-term business goals.
  • Influential Leadership: Influence through expertise, guide engineers and architects to foster development and growth, and advocate/drive technical strategic direction with clarity and consensus.
