About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Solutions Architect, Professional Services in United States. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will shape and scale the Professional Services organization from the ground up. You will work closely with enterprise customers, internal product, engineering, and revenue teams to design, deliver, and optimize service offerings that drive adoption, expand platform usage, and increase customer value. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing strategic technology decisions and guiding solution design across containerization, AI workflows, and secure software supply chains. This role combines hands-on technical engagement, thought leadership, and cross-functional alignment, providing a rare opportunity to build repeatable, monetizable service practices while directly contributing to business growth. Your work will set the foundation for scalable service delivery across global clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role in SaaS, infrastructure, or consulting.
  • Deep technical expertise in containerization, Kubernetes, SDLC architectures, enterprise developer environments, and software supply chain security.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, model deployment, and enterprise AI integration.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service engagements that drive customer value and revenue growth.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead executive-level architecture discussions and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Recognition by enterprise clients as a strategic technical advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the Professional Services practice, including reference architectures, technical collateral, and success patterns that accelerate customer adoption.
  • Create repeatable service instruments, such as SOWs, training programs, and premium support offerings, that are scalable across customers and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, leading technical discovery and guiding adoption of containerization, AI/ML workflows, and secure software supply chains.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across multiple internal stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue teams to integrate services into go-to-market strategies and identify offerings that drive renewals and long-term customer value.
  • Oversee delivery partners or internal teams to ensure technical objectives and high-quality outcomes are met.
  • Translate field insights into actionable strategies for product, services, and partner capabilities.
