As a Principal Solution Architect, you will lead technical solution design and ensure alignment with business goals. You’ll work closely with Enterprise Architects and development teams to guide architecture decisions and drive the implementation of scalable solutions.

  • Lead architecture vision and roadmap development for current and future platforms.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to align strategies.
  • Evaluate vendor products to support new offerings.
  • Define end-to-end solution components and interfaces.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical consistency and reuse.
  • Support sales and service digital channel solutions.
  • Provide solutions for Sales and Service capabilities, with a strong understanding of Salesforce C360, Sales, Service, Marketing, and CRM functions.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in technical architecture or related roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS preferred).
  • Knowledge of 4G/LTE/5G, broadband, and relevant industry standards (3GPP, TMForum) is a plus.
  • Experience with Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and AI/LLM technologies is desirable.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
