In this role, you will lead the architecture for internal integrations with various systems including CRMs like Salesforce, ERPs such as Workday, multiple CMS platforms, and Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools. Your focus will be on ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business needs. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce, Workday, and Software architects to ensure alignment between enterprise IT systems and our AWS Serverless platform. As a key liaison with IT Operations leadership and the CIO, you will participate in strategic discussions and influence the direction of technology solutions for mission-critical systems. You will design and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that enables consistent data flows, minimizes duplication, and ensures data integrity across systems. Driving the execution of the target-state 1-3 year cloud-native architecture for internal integrations will be a key responsibility, ensuring alignment with the broader platform vision. You will facilitate architecture reviews, including Well-Architected Reviews, Threat Modeling, and Integration Design Reviews, focusing on critical business integrations. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a roadmap for integration patterns, middleware, and shared services, ensuring reuse and operational efficiency. Partnering with engineering teams, you will deliver proof-of-concepts for key integration scenarios, utilizing a hands-on approach when necessary. Defining and enforcing integration security standards, including data protection, IAM, and key management best practices, will be crucial, as will evangelizing integration best practices across engineering teams. You will assume ownership of key operational KPIs for integration reliability, continuously improving integration processes based on performance metrics. Collaborating with Product Management, you will define and refine requirements for system integrations and analytics, ensuring traceability of data across platforms. Finally, you will architect and oversee integrations for MarTech solutions such as HubSpot, Heap, and other web analytics tools, defining the data strategy for customer insights to improve marketing decision-making.
