About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GTM Offer Leader to lead and drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and initiatives within our organization. As the Salesforce Practice Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and exceed client expectations. Your expertise in Salesforce technology, project management, and team leadership will be instrumental in achieving project objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex client relationships and managing client expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and delivering value to clients.
• Project management expertise with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
