Principal Software Product Manager - Consumer Services and Solutions Description - Job Description: We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions. Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of HP App based products and services, driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on curiosity. This individual should be passionate about leveraging AI to transform product experiences and already experimenting with tools, coding prototypes, and applying AI-driven insights to improve product discovery and requirements creation.

Responsibilities

• Product Discovery & Strategy Drive end-to-end product discovery using AI tools and frameworks.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation and data-driven insights.
• AI Integration Explore and implement AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) to enhance product features.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prototype and iterate AI-driven solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with stakeholders across design, engineering, and business units to align on vision and execution.
• Evangelize AI opportunities internally and influence strategic decisions.
• Continuous Learning Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools; actively experiment with new technologies.
• Share learnings and best practices to foster an AI-first culture.
