As a Principal Software Engineering, you will be responsible for design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions, with a focus on AIOps (Artificial Intelligence), AI Modeling, and Agentic AI. Ensuring efficient delivery processes and production support with a focus on automation and industry best practices. An expert in their field, applying broad business/network knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. Expert in AI, Agentic AI, and multiple programming languages, with a track record of designing and delivering complex AI driven solutions and applications. Influences best practices in coding methodology, leads innovative and improvement initiatives, and defines technical strategies for AIOps solutions of the future.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Design and code applications
  • 7+ years’ experience in Artificial Intelligence

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science; or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, Development and Coding: Design and code software applications by applying various programming languages to execute development methodologies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Gather and review software requirements, provide estimates, create design specifications, and work with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions.
  • Testing and Debugging: Develop and implement automated test plans, validate test environments, data, and results, design and implement code fixes, and produce reporting.
  • Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve application configuration and environment issues.
  • Deployment: Facilitate and support the software deployment process.
