Principal Software Engineering Manager

We are dedicated to securing files, networks, and URL resources, ensuring seamless and safe experiences across the spectrum of mobile devices, desktops, and browsers. Driven by insights from billions of data points from global telemetry calls and advanced machine learning models, we proactively identify and neutralize malicious campaigns before they target our users. We are on a mission to enable endpoint protection to every person and organization on the planet. We are looking for an Principal Software Engineering Manager to help us nurture a world class engineering team and design and deliver services and tools to bring cutting-edge cyber security solutions to our enterprise customers to manage and protect devices against cyber threats. You will build bar-raising engineering solutions to accelerate modernization of hyper-cloud scale services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Rust, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years people management experience of a software team
- 6+ years working experience on large scale system architecture, design, development, testing and release of full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership: architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance.
- Collaborate across partner teams in Microsoft.
