Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering within a software product company.
- Experience with architecting and delivering complex SaaS solutions.
- 5+ years in the healthcare industry with knowledge of FHIR and HL7 standards.
- Proficient in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
- Solid understanding of both relational and NoSQL database systems.
- Proven leadership skills with mentoring experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of technical concepts.
- Willingness to adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the development of key platform features as an individual contributor.
- Lead the design and development of scalable and secure healthcare software systems.
- Design and implement solutions for healthcare transaction processing complying with industry standards.
- Communicate priorities and expectations to the team effectively.
- Take ownership of the quality of all team-delivered features.
- Promote experimentation and innovation by exploring new technologies.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define project scope.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Stay updated on emerging healthcare technologies and trends.
