The Industrial System Analytics team is solving some of the company's most challenging problems across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Product Development, delivering AI/ML-driven applications and insights. Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications.
• Experience with large-scale software engineering problems.
• Ability to deliver working software as a hands-on technical leader.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex solutions for the Industrial System.
• Solve complex, large-scale software engineering problems.
• Build highly available, performant, and cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineering talent.
• Act as a technical bar-raiser across the organization.
• Influence team direction and help shape a high-performance engineering culture.
