THE ROLE: We are seeking a Principal/Lead Developer to lead the development of scalable web applications, focusing 75% on UI (Angular) and 25% on backend (Node.js/NestJS). This role combines hands-on coding, team leadership, and system architecture to deliver high-performance, maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and committed to driving impactful results.

Requirements

Architect solutions for complex systems, such as ad delivery networks and authentication.
Identify and implement improvements to workflows, code quality, and application efficiency.
Take ownership of critical systems and ensure they are flexible, maintainable, and efficient.
Proficient in Angular, TypeScript, and responsive, mobile-first web application development.
Skilled in Node.js, NestJS, and building high-performance APIs.
Familiarity with NX monorepos, OOP principles, and scalable architecture

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
Build Angular-based UI libraries and components with pixel-perfect precision.
Oversee backend development using Node.js and NestJS, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend.
