Accuris transforms the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows - enabling engineers to work smarter, stay compliant, and innovate faster We're hiring a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the hands-on technical lead for a new cross-functional pod (engineering, product, UX, architecture, and developer enablement). You'll set technical direction, own key architectural decisions, and mentor senior/staff engineers while shipping high-impact features for global customers. This is a broad, product-focused role spanning services, APIs, data, and UI-ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys building durable platforms and customer-visible value. You won't manage people; you'll lead through architecture, code, influence, and outcomes. Impact in your first 6-12 months: Deliver the pod's v1/v2 services with measurable SLOs and robust dashboards Cut lead time and incident rates through standards, tooling, and runbooks Establish reusable libraries/templates that speed up other pods Mentor engineers to raise design quality and operational excellence
