We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with deep full-stack expertise and proven technical leadership skills to help drive these innovations and deliver best-in-class meeting experiences to millions of users. In this role, you will contribute across the full stack: from the user-facing web UI of Teams meetings to the highly scalable cloud services that power real-time communication. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers to design, build, and integrate new capabilities into the Teams platform, ensuring they are robust, secure, and performant. This is a high-impact, high-ownership, hands-on position. You will lead by example in architecture and coding, guiding the team on engineering best practices, and driving critical technical decisions that shape our product's future.
