Responsibilities

Architect, design, and lead the development of resilient, scalable, and secure software to power enterprise-level Kubernetes experiences on Oracle Cloud.
Take ownership of major feature areas and critical services, ensuring technical excellence across design, implementation, testing, and operational readiness.
Drive engineering innovation and best practices in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies throughout the organization.
Mentor and guide the growth of other engineers, actively contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and security teams to ensure solutions align with business and customer objectives.
Lead technical deep-dives, root-cause analysis, and contribute to the operational excellence of our services at scale.
Evaluate, propose, and implement new tools, automation, and processes that elevate service availability, reliability, and performance.
Engage with the open source community and industry partners, staying at the forefront of developments in Kubernetes and the broader CNCF ecosystem.
