Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and lead the development of resilient, scalable, and secure software to power enterprise-level Kubernetes experiences on Oracle Cloud.
  • Take ownership of major feature areas and critical services, ensuring technical excellence across design, implementation, testing, and operational readiness.
  • Drive engineering innovation and best practices in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies throughout the organization.
  • Mentor and guide the growth of other engineers, actively contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and security teams to ensure solutions align with business and customer objectives.
  • Lead technical deep-dives, root-cause analysis, and contribute to the operational excellence of our services at scale.
  • Evaluate, propose, and implement new tools, automation, and processes that elevate service availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Engage with the open source community and industry partners, staying at the forefront of developments in Kubernetes and the broader CNCF ecosystem.
