The Enterprise Architecture & Data Platforms value-stream (EADP) is accountable for enterprise data assets across the company including data & analytics platforms, data & analytics solutions governance, quality, recency, data interfaces, integration with external systems and advanced analytics capabilities. The Hyperautomation team is part of the Data Platforms value-stream and uses advanced technologies to automate business and IT processes. This can include anything from simple task automation to complex decision making and agentic AI. We empower our employees and services with digital superpowers. We are seeking an established and highly experienced Principal Full Stack JavaScript Developer with expertise in full stack software development using JavaScript and ideally experience in building Generative AI solutions, to join our Data Science, Process Excellence and Automation team. As a Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our Generative AI platform called "MedtronicGPT" to drive process optimization and increase productivity for our employees globally. Your understanding of software development and leveraging AI will be crucial in building, deploying and maintaining a scalable enterprise platform.
