What you will do – Essential Responsibilities Take a lead role in building, implementing, and executing both internal and external integrations in/out of an Oracle Fusion platform, using best practice integration and implementation methods. Will partner with our Systems integrator, other technology teams and internal SMEs to help design, build, and scale our new platform that integrates with multiple external systems. Deep and thorough understanding of Cloud architecture integrations and legacy third party systems and will be the point of contact for all integration related tasks. Design and develop complex integrations, using a simplistic and methodical approach, which can be easily changed/added to for future business growth. Work with fellow CarMax associates to understand the real-life process and data challenges and discover what they need to create a seamless customer experience and an efficient associate experience. Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management, systems architecture, and various operational and technical teams to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life. Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment. Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer and associate experience is the best it can be. Building complex integrations with a simple, methodical approach. Building foundational low maintenance integrations, which require minimal changes to support future growth.
