We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 6 years of professional work experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing code for complex applications, microservices, or mobile applications, and will be well-versed in algorithms, systems, architecture, and automation. This position requires experience in technical project management and the ability to write and maintain process documentation. The candidate should also have a proven track record of creating coding solutions to address complex problems and issues, as well as engaging at the executive level and leading cross-functional teams. Additionally, the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace and at least 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
