About The Position

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Responsibilities As a key member of the software engineering division, you will play a strategic role in shaping the definition and evolution of engineering standards and best practices. You will define specifications for major new projects and lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions to meet those specifications. Responsibilities include: Designing and developing end-to-end Generative AI solutions with a focus on AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. Creating architectural blueprints, and establishing design and adoption patterns for Generative AI and Agentic frameworks. Mentoring and enabling development teams on the effective use and integration of Generative AI technologies. Ensuring that all GenAI implementations meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements. Partnering with engineering teams to translate business problems and requirements into robust, AI-driven solutions. Designing and implementing cloud-native AI architectures on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
