About The Position

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Principal SME Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD)/Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) to provide research support administration services for our government customer in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Must have at least 16 years of experience in CBRN (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of CBRN techniques, tactics, & procedures.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (Born or Naturalized).
• Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SGM and Deputy CP as the EOD/CBRN SME working in collaboration with government partners, academic laboratories, and private industry to develop new tools and technology in support of the SOF CBRN community.
• Tasks include project management, evaluation of commercial technology, attending technical reviews and demonstrations for prototype assessment, and establishing acquisition strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications and associated documentation and problem resolution for problem reports.
