The position focuses on building a consistent, firm-wide culture of process excellence aimed at eliminating revenue and margin losses due to a lack of a centralized and integrated planning process. The role involves designing best-in-class SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes that standardize planning across the enterprise and enable integrated end-to-end supply chain visibility. Responsibilities include developing policies, procedures, playbooks, and standardized tools for the Integrated Supply Chain and Business Planning (IDSC & BP) teams at both central and segment levels, ensuring a harmonized SIOP process. The role also entails designing process audit templates and SOPs, defining audit cadence, and monitoring compliance of defined planning processes. Continuous improvement, lean, and sustainability initiatives are key components of the role, along with establishing a cross-functional segment planning council and governing the adoption of the IDSC & BP operating model across segments and business units. The position requires effective communication with leadership to drive adoption of defined processes and interaction with planning leads to gather feedback for prioritizing continuous improvement initiatives.
