About The Position

Responsibilities: · Be a connector: Actively seek out, build, and nurture lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through networking, outreach, outstanding project work, and consistent communication. · Lead with energy: Inspire and guide project teams, keeping momentum high and ensuring smooth execution—even when challenges arise. · Drive performance: Monitor project profitability, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure excellence across the board. · Be a brand ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. · Mentor and manage: Lead, motivate, and mentor team members in areas of technical practice, provide coaching and feedback, and support staff development while fostering a positive and productive work environment. · Grow the business: Collaborate with business development and program management teams to identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. · Deliver and develop resources for technical excellence: Manage and direct complex multi-disciplinary environmental projects and teams. · Preferred, but not required, technical areas include: o Multimedia environmental compliance audits, overseeing high-quality audit reports o Air permitting: NSR, Title V, PSD, GHG Reporting and Planning, BACT, NNSR, etc. o Air dispersion modeling, including AERMOD o Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) o Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Tier II and TRI reporting o Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans o NPDES Industrial, Construction, Municipal Stormwater o Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) o Ability to read and interpret regulations and perform applicability determinations o Proposal and cost estimate development, business risk assessment, contract management o Ensure high quality service/product delivery What We’d Love to See in You · BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field. · Licensed Professional Geoscientist or Professional Engineer preferred, but not required. · 15+ years of direct environmental consulting experience commensurate with the described duties of the position. · Naturally outgoing and enjoy interacting with people. · Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. · Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new contacts. · Demonstrated experience and knowledge of environmental and regulatory programs and processes as they apply to public, industrial, energy, agricultural and commercial clients. · Multiple years of experience in team management and client-facing roles is a plus. · Strong desire to help build and grow a client base through supporting diverse business development initiatives. · Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. · Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. #LI-CT1 #LI-hybrid Compensation Range: $108,000.00 - $162,000.00 As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or disability status. Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
