Requirements

Nice To Haves

• PhD in Neuroscience or related field and 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Neuroscience discovery programs with high-quality experimental data.
• Formulate and lead novel projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Execute experiments in the lab and drive projects forward intellectually.
• Develop and implement assays to assess synaptic structure and function in disease models.
• Evaluate the impact of therapeutic candidates on neural and synaptic function.
• Identify therapeutic targets and initiate exploratory efforts to modulate them.
• Provide expert input on the genetics and biology of neurodegenerative disorders.
• Establish priorities and target dates for data-driven advancements in projects.
• Manage, mentor, train, and empower associates for technical growth and high-impact deliverables.
