About The Position

The Distinguished Architect at Infosys will be responsible for architecting solutions for SAP HANA (with XSA) on cloud platforms, alongside Snowflake. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. The architect will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code, lead validation for testing, and support implementation, transition, and warranty activities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience with 10 years in architecting solutions.
• Distinguished/Advanced level certification recognized by product companies (e.g., HANA Distinguished Engineer or Advanced Snowpro certification).
• Extensive experience with SAP Native HANA data models and awareness of SAP HANA XSA.
• Understanding of hyperscalers and HANA on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and follow Scrum rituals.
• Experience in physical data modeling in complex, global scenarios.
• Experience with at least 2 cycles of fresh/complex implementation (around 16 TB size systems).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SQL Querying/Scripting (SQL DDL, DQL, DML, DCL).
• Expertise in both normalized/denormalized and multi-dimensional data models for transactional and analytical purposes.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions for SAP HANA (with XSA) on cloud and Snowflake.
• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues during implementation on native HANA platforms.
• Recommend system-wide improvements and perform performance analysis of HANA/Snowflake systems.
• Support Snowflake and coordinate with product companies for solutions.
