This role is responsible for managing Managed Service Partner (MSP) accountability, using clear KPIs and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery. Support work planning and coordination across teams, helping facilitate smooth execution of Architecture and Development initiatives. Begin to incorporate foundational service management principles to drive consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement in operations.

  • Support work planning and coordination across teams for Architecture and Development initiatives.
  • Act as a connector between business needs and technology execution.
  • Shift from hands-on execution to strategic delivery oversight.
  • Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence to stakeholders.
  • Own the delivery space and manage operational flow of architecture and development services.
  • Apply a data-informed mindset to evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize work across Nike, Core ERP, and MSP.
  • Support operational reporting and present MSP performance metrics.
  • Assist in managing scope and workload of MSP.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement with functional teams and MSP.
  • Facilitate cross-team planning and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in implementing scalable service delivery models.
  • Experience in project delivery for full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Experience or certification in Agile Methodology, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Jira and MS Project.
  • Experience with ITSM, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP Change and Release Management.
  • PMI, PMP, or ITSM/ITIL certification preferred.
